By using 17-0 (the "Game") at 17-0.app or via our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

The Game

17-0 is a free-to-play entertainment game. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or its member clubs. Historical player names and statistics are used for entertainment purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the game's source code commercially
Use automated tools to interact with the game in ways that degrade performance for other users
Remove or obscure any attribution, disclaimer, or copyright notice in the game

Purchases

The "Remove Ads" in-app purchase is final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple or Google under their respective store policies. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and is not transferable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Hard Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
